PROJECT TO BREW A NEW NON-ALCOHOLIC CRAFT BEER
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
The aim of this project is to develop and market a non-alcoholic craft beer. Practically all craft breweries have tried at some point to produce non-alcoholic beer because of the niche market available, but none to date has succeeded in doing so using the methodology that distinguishes and differentiates craft beer from industrial beer.
At present, it is only possible to obtain non-alcoholic beer by using the techniques of industrial beer.
The beer to be obtained will have a maximum alcohol content of 0.9%, maintaining the aromas and flavours that characterise craft beers.
RESULTS OBTAINED
REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND TELEWORKING ACCESS PROJECT AT B&B PRODUCTION FACILITIES
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
We start from a physical environment in which all the information and documentation of all the company's industrial and administrative processes are carried out on the company's own premises, making it impossible to work remotely due to the lack of resources and technical means. The objective is to achieve the highest degree of non-physical dependence on the attendance of people at the facilities to perform these tasks and that employees can perform them remotely. In short, to eliminate, if necessary, the physical presence of employees in all non-productive processes.
RESULTS OBTAINED
Teleworking has been successfully implemented in all positions that allow it (all except production).
